Enrolling your child at Grantham State School is a simple process. You will need to complete the following forms and return them to the school office:
Please also bring the following items when enrolling your child:
- birth certificate
- report cards and records from previous schooling
- emergency contact details
- special needs information including reports from specialists or medical practitioners (if applicable).
Use the prep ready reckoner to check when your child is eligible to start prep and Year 1.
Current parents
Please help us keep your child’s information up to date. Advise us urgently if:
- you change your contact details
- there is a change in your emergency contact number
- any significant changes occur with regard to your child’s health
- you feel we should know of any other changes which concern your child e.g. work phone numbers, custody/court orders.
